The past week was spent in the city of Chicago. The Mister had a Conference so me and the bambinos decided to tag along and explore the city. Not to offend any Chiacgoans or fans of the Windy City, I was nonplussed by the whole experience especially since I was dreaming of a vacation with white sand beaches and endless fruity frozen drinks.Read the rest of this post »
It is RIDICULOUSLY hot out. So hot that I don’t even want to go to our community pool nor my in-laws pool, both of which are less than a mile away from my home. This weather should be illegal in all 50 States and Guam…
However the gym is a welcome solace to this heat (it’s 98 degrees outside and feels like 115 degrees!) since it is air conditioned
It has been a hectic few days…my oldest son Aidan turned 9 on Saturday and it has been crazy with preparing for his birthday party. I was good until the day of his party when I indulged in some wine, some appetizers, and two slices of pizza.Read the rest of this post »

Well today was my D-Day…after a long weekend of gluttonous behavior (July 4th does it to me EVERY year), I endured my first personal training session at my new gym. I didn’t know what to expect. My previous personal trainer was AWESOME and really pushed me to my limits but I was also in MUCH better shape.Read the rest of this post »
Wow, I have been MIA for the past three months and I apologize. Who knew a move and acclimating to a new life would take such a toll on my life? I have been neglecting all facets of my social media endeavors and for that I am truly sorry.Read the rest of this post »
