Athletes and fitness enthusiasts are invited to rise to the challenge this summer with Nike athlete Carmelita Jeter’s (aka The Jet) new High Intensity Power workout exclusively for NikeTraining Club (NTC). Known for her explosive legs and toned core, the champion sprinter’s NTC workout includes personal drills that help her stay ahead of the pack as one of the fastest women in the world. Can you tell that I am #TeamJet!?!
Jeter’s quick, intense and dynamic 15-minute High Intensity Training (HIT) workout combines moves such as kettle bell swings, box jumps and medicine ball squat jumps — all designed to help women get fit fast. During the workout, Jeter can be seen wearing the Nike Free Bionic, Nike’s first HIT shoe for women. The Nike Free Bionic is designed to be flexible in every direction, lightweight, low to the ground, and incredibly comfortable, allowing women to dominate workouts like Jeter’s High Intensity Power workout.
