I love Yoga. The practice has helped me immensely to de-stress and focus. During my practice, I tune out my worries, obligations, and stresses and become attuned with my body, my breathing, and movements.
My old gym had a fantastic Friday morning yoga class that was truly amazing and helped me end my week on such a high. The instructor was such phenomenal and truly cared about each individual seeking zen. Unfortunately my new gym has only crack o’ dawn yoga but there is a Les Mills Body Flow class that is pretty intense.
