As the weather gets chillier and the holidays get closer, it becomes harder and harder to find the energy and time to go to the gym to work out. However, working out gives you energy, and improves your circulation and mood while making you healthier and toning muscles! Here’s Tip #7: Whether you are single or married, why not make a fitness date to keep each other fit? Take turns choosing tried and true favorites and new, trendy activities while spending time together. You can always hit up a restaurant for a healthy nosh afterwards!
