The holiday season is such a very special time of year. When you are spending time with your family and friends, you want to enjoy those special moments while making the healthiest choices possible (and not stressing yourself out by doing so!). However, it doesn’t have to be a hassle! You CAN enjoy the holidays without over-indulging while keeping in the spirit of the season.
