2.) Black Girls Workout Too 21 Day Challenge #SnatchItBack
I like that Black Girls Workout Too is BRINGING it with another 21 day challenge. Yes, it is tough (seriously I almost lost my mind with the no-meat during the first week) but I did the Challenge to get to my best self for a photoshoot and I was very pleased with the results. 3.) Prevention Magazine #28FitDays Challenge
The Prevention Magazine 28-Day Challenge already started (May 1) but I had to share this incredible and motivating challenge! With daily inspiration, workouts, and a fast and easy workout plan, this challenge means you are only 4 weeks away from a clearer mind, cleaner diet, and a toned, fit body. Led by wellness guru Kris Carr and tips and workouts from fitness expert Chris Freytag, this challenge is a must-try! I have accepted the challenge to move more (2.5 hours per week), eat cleaner, and set my weekly intentions. You can follow along via #28FitDays on my Instagram!
