Then I get over myself and remember I love to cook and especially love to cook for my family because they appreciate my valiant albeit exhausted efforts in the kitchen. I still want to prepare healthy meals without compromising taste or spending more time in the kitchen than I need to. I rather spend the time with my family!

This hasn’t stopped me though. I’ve been on a cooking frenzy–every night making one or two different dinners to please my family’s varying palates and accommodate different schedules.
