Today is the first day of the GET FIT DIVA 30 Day Challenge! No, this isn’t about how much weight you may lose, how many inches lost, or before/after pictures. This is a Challenge to find your fabulous and live balanced with emphasis on eating healthier and moving more. Every day you will receive a Challenge on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook! It might be a plank challenge, a hydration reminder, or even a nudge to look in the mirror and smile! This Challenge is all about having fun while making small changes towards your overall health.
My friends at Verizon Wireless sent me over the new Fitbit Charge HR to try out and help kickstart my goals during the 30 Day Challenge. So far, so good. I am loving all the features of the watch especially the built in heart rate monitor. The fit of the wristband took a little getting used to but so far, so GREAT. I have tried the Fitbit Charge HR on my half marathon training runs and on my elliptical. I have compared to my other monitoring devices and it is a great fit for my lifestyle without having to use a chest band. I am excited to track my progress with the Fitbit Charge HR.
