- Keep your mind stimulated – So often we are tuned in on what has to be done that we forget about doing the things we love. Make sure you listen to music that wakes up your soul, listen to your favorite podcasts, or read that book or magazine you’ve been meaning to for days/weeks/months! Seriously I am on major backlog when it comes to reading. I am catching up with my podcasts and Netflix shows. Thank goodness for the treadmill! I even started listening to a Sleep Machine to dull out the sounds of the day and lull me to sleep.
